Non-Surgical Labiaplasty and Vulvar Enhancement in Houston, TX

Until now, the only way to change the appearance or size of labia minora and labia majora has involved surgical procedures.  Dr. Imtiaz has been performing surgical labiaplasty and Vulvar enhancements for her patients in Houston, Cypress, Sugarland, Katy and surrounding areas for almost a decade.  She is now very happy to announce that she is one of the first in the country to offer her patients a non-surgical option to enhance their external genitalia.

What areas can be treated with Non-Surgical Labiaplasty?

This unique procedure can be used for a variety of procedures for Vulvar enhancement.  Some of the common areas of concern are:

  • Elongated Labia Minora – if they show in clothes or bathing suits, or are uncomfortable during intercourse can be reduced without surgery
  • Aging of Labia Majora – wrinkling, sagging, or enlargement can be treated.
  • Removal of excess skin over the clitoris – this sometimes makes it harder to have orgasms
  • Perineum – scarring or wrinkling can be smoothed
  • Mons Pubis – fat pad above the labia can be reduced with this procedure

What other procedures can be combined with Non-Surgical Labiaplasty?

Many patients choose to combine the following procedures with Non-Surgical Labiaplasty:

How is Non-Surgical Labiaplasty performed?

Dr. Imtiaz uses a device that can deliver Radio Frequency energy to Labia Minora, Labia Majora, Mons Pubis (fat pad above the labia), clitoral hood, or perineum.  This energy is controlled to precisely contour and shrink these areas to achieve the desired effect. Prior to starting the procedure, Dr. Imtiaz will inject a small amount of anesthesia in the area to help with pain control. This procedure is performed in the office and you will return home same day.

Does Non-Surgical Labiaplasty Hurt?

Dr. Imtiaz uses a topical pain medication along with a dilute solution of anesthetic solution prior to the procedure.  In addition you may be prescribed anxiety and pain medications by mouth. Most patients tolerate this procedure very well and do not experience discomfort during the procedure.

What should I expect after the Non-Surgical Labiaplasty procedure?

After this procedure, you may notice swelling and redness in the area.  Some patients may notice some peeling of the superficial tissue and these symptoms will resolve on their own in a few days.  You may also notice some drainage of fluid for a few days. Most patients do not notice welling or discomfort after the first week.  Please apply Aquaphor to the area liberally several times a day and keep area covered with clean gauze for the first week.

After the first week you will notice your new and enhanced external genitalia.  Since this procedure relies on collage remodeling, you will continue to notice improvement in results for up to 6 months after this procedure.

How long does Non-Surgical Labiaplasty last?

This is a permanent procedure and does not need to be repeated.  Of course, as part of normal aging, your vulva may age also and you may need to enhance it again.
