ThermiEyes® is an advanced, non-surgical rejuvenation treatment that can address wrinkles and other signs of aging in the eyes. How is the ThermiEyes® Treatment Administered?
The ThermiEyes® treatment is performed one eye at a time, requiring approximately 15 minutes per eye. During treatment, the ThermiEyes® handheld device will be placed onto the skin. As it is slowly maneuvered around the eyes, the device will begin to emit gentle radiofrequency energy. Cooling gel helps keep the patient comfortable throughout this process, while the device constantly monitors the skin’s temperature to ensure it is at a safe level.
What is Recovery Like After ThermiEyes®?
ThermiEyes® is a popular treatment for addressing signs of aging in the eyes because it requires no downtime or recovery period. Patients may experience swelling or redness in the treatment area, but these side effects are common and typically fade within a day or two of treatment. Patients are able to return to work and other activities immediately following treatment, including the use of contact lenses and other eyewear.
When Will I Notice Results from My ThermiEyes® Treatment?
Patients begin to notice results within a few weeks of treatment, but the full results may not develop until about three months after treatment. Although many patients achieve noticeable improvements after a single session, a series of 3 to 5 treatments is typically needed to achieve optimal results.
How Much Does ThermiEyes® Cost in Houston?
ThermiEyes® is an elective treatment, so the cost is not covered under your medical insurance. Payment should be made the day of your appointment by cash, major credit card or CareCredit® financing.
